Jim made a fixture to hold one of the components for his design. This was made so he could hold a component precisely while milling both sides of the profiled component. This is big progress in terms of my current cnc research. Work holding always presents a problem with realignment for use with successive cut programs and toolpaths. Jim is over this hurdle with ease.
